About this service
Sustainability in acoustic design plays an important role in creating energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and health-conscious buildings. Acoustic solutions can directly impact resource consumption, environmental noise pollution, and the health and well-being of occupants.
We create solutions adherent to BREEAM standards when that is a key requirement for the project.
We often use wood panelling, sourced from sustainable suppliers, shaped in unique configurations depending on your project needs. We invented the Matrix acoustic panelling specifically for this purpose, to use a natural, renewable material while providing the utmost in acoustic performance when most other materials fail to do so.
The Inn Acoustic panels we often use are made from 80% recycled materials, and are free of hydrocarbons, VOC (volatile organic compounds) and other solvents that may be of risk to human health.
